Like everyone else, I am also on a constant search for a lipstick that stays on my lips for anything more than 3 minutes and this is why I wanted to try the ABH liquid lipsticks since a long time. As you guys know, I am more of a neutral makeup girl since I have a full-time job and my company for some reason is not that much into makeup. So I picked up Anastasia Beverly Hills Lovely Liquid Lipstick which is a pretty light pink shade.
The packaging of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Lovely Liquid Lipstick is quite classy and it comes in a transparent plastic tube like regular lipsticks and lip glosses. The shade is a light cool-toned pink and i realized after buying the lipstick that it will wash out almost all Indian skin tones. I am an NC30 in MAC so it kind of works on me but i still feel that a shade which is a tad darker would have worked better. This, sadly, is not the only problem with this lipstick.
The formula is SOOO drying that my lips felt parched and has to be slathered with lips balm for a somehow comfortable feel. The lipstick dries to a really matte finish. It will expose the thinnest lines of your lips. It becomes so uncomfortable after a point that the long staying feature does not do much. It does, however, stay for more hours than you want it to but fades in patches so that it not a good thing either.

I removed it with every possible makeup remover after which I had to use pure coconut oil. I am really a MAC satin finish gal and do not find this comfortable at all. The formula can be worn for special occasions when you want it to stay on your lips through the food and drinks.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Lovely Liquid Lipstick retails for around 20$ and i got it from abroad. Some Instagram sellers do sell these lipsticks but I am not going to try it again at this price. Not everyone will like the liquid lipstick finish. That being said this shade does look pretty.
