If there is one mascara which has taken the world by storm after the Benefit They’re Real, it has to be L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara. Many bloggers and celebrities swear by this and so I had to try this when my they’re Real got over.
L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara Ultra Black comes in a very classy gold and black packaging with a mascara wand which looks a bit different from normal mascaras. The mascara is ultra black as the shade name says. First let me tell you that i am all for “Drama”!! I don’t want everyday mascara which makes my lashes better. I want a mascara which makes them long and fluttery and voluminous! In a word..”dramatic“. So if you are looking for everyday mascaras which don’t bring too much attention to your lashes, then this mascara is not for you. I put two coats of mascara and it doesn’t clump at all. It makes my lashes Long, ultra black and sooo fluttery. It doesn’t weigh my eyes down like some other mascaras i have tried..i am looking at you rimmel london…It stays on my eyes till i don’t remove it with a makeup remover. It could be a bit better in the volume department but i am just asking too much.
If you are looking for a mascara which makes your lashes red-carpet worthy, this is the closest we have available in India. It makes the lashes long, separated and ultra black. Still a bit behind on the volume front than Benefit “They’re Real” but still not bad at all. Expensive. Yes. But this has become my most used mascaras since it is polite enough for office use but dramatic enough for a little “pizzazz”

It is one of my fav mascaras too.. love the length and Volume it adds to my lashes but i just detest the clumping it shows with more coats.. otherwise it is a great mascara 🙂
Would you believe it if I tell you I still haven’t used this. When it comes mascaras I swear by Maybelline but I’m finally tempted to give this a try.

Yup, I’ve tried this mascara, but to be honest, it isn’t a favourite of mine. The formula is great, however that brush just sucks. I can’t remember, is it a plastic brush? I’d used this mascara maybe 2 years ago so can’t remember what the brush was, except that I didn’t like it. For drugstore mascaras, I prefer Maybelline’s Colossal! Seriously amazing.
